Capital letters:
- used in the beginning of the sentences.
Example: She went to watch a movie.
- name of a place and a person (proper noun), days of the week, months etc.
Example: Anna and Saly are planning to go to Paris next Friday.
- when somebody is beginning to speak.
Example: Maria said, "It is very hot today."
Full Stops:
- at the end of a sentence.
Commas:
- to separate things in a list.
Example: Vince went to the shop to buy milk, bread, sugar and eggs.
- when a pause is needed for the sentence to make sense.
Punctuate:
- he loves playing with his friends
